How to Use SoleStretch
- Sit down on a bench, couch etc., and extend your leg in front of you
- Engage the SoleStretch Foor and Leg Stretcher with your toes
- Relax your toes
- Pull the SoleStretch towards your hip, so that your toes and foot flex toward the knee
- Hold for 10-30 seconds
- Release and repeat 10 times
- Repeat on your other leg

- Use the pressure point release nub to massage the plantar fascia in front of the heel
- Use the pressure point release nub to release tension on the pressure point on the inside of the foot, directly below the ankle
- Use the pressure point release nub to massage the soft tissue adjacent to the posterior medial border of the tibia
- Start just above the ankle and slowing progress every two inches up the leg
- Hold the pressure point release nub for 2 minutes for best results

How to use with Stretch Bands
- Loop a stretch band around handle
- Loop other end of the stretch band around the front of your foot
- Place handle across knee, extending stretch band away your leg
- Holding handle in place, place foot in neutral position
- Rotate your foot inward
- Rotate your foot to neutral position
- Repeat 5-10 times
