Solestretch, LLC accepts returns of all products purchased within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please send the product to the address below with a copy of your original order information or receipt, and a brief note that includes your contact information. If the item was purchased directly from our site, please allow 2-3 weeks for a refund to be issued back onto your credit card from when it is processed by our facility. If the product was purchased from a third party, please allow 8-10 weeks from when our facility receives the package for processing.

Exchanges

Solestretch, LLC offers a 1-year warranty on all our products against manufacturer’s defects. Products deemed defective may be sent to the below address with a copy of the receipt within this period for replacement only. If you have additional questions about our return or warranty policy, please contact Customer Service. Please note that natural wear and tear is not covered under warranty.

Solestretch, LLC does not cover the cost of shipping for returns or exchanges being sent back to our facility.
